Spiral Mugi Miso is created from fermented soybean paste made by boiling soybeans and barley and then ageing it for at least two years in cedar vats. Enzymes, proteins, oils, carbs, vitamins, and minerals are all present in this miso. It also has a stronger and deeper flavour.
