400g black beans- rinsed and drained
1 jar black bean stir through sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 brown onion – finely chopped
3 garlic cloves – minced
2 fresh red chillies- chopped’
1/2 pak choy – rinsed and roughly chopped
1 medium green capsicum – thin strips
2 shallots- thinly chopped
350g your choice of noodles ( cook before frying vege)
