Carwari Cooking Sake, also known as ‘Japanese Cooking Rice Wine or Ryori-Shu,’ has a moderate flavour and a rich aroma.
It is slowly brewed using more than 150-year-old traditional fermentation processes that focus on utilising the full quality of Japanese organic rice.
There are no additives or preservatives in this product.
